摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医学模拟教育在医学教育中至关重要，为医学生和临床医生提供了一个无风险、重复性高的实践平台，方便其进行反复操作。感染性疾病涵盖多种病原体，其临床诊疗及疾病管理与其他疾病显著不同。感染性疾病的传统教学模式面临诸多挑战，而高仿真模拟器通过实时反馈和多维互动，允许学习者在无感染风险的环境中进行练习，促进理论与实践的结合。随着对感染性疾病认识加深，高仿真模拟器在感染性疾病教学中的应用将更加广泛。本文总结了高仿真模拟器在感染性疾病临床教学中的作用及应用价值，以帮助医学教育工作者更好地利用这一工具，培养高素质临床医生。

Abstract: Medical simulation plays a pivotal role in education by providing students and clinicians a platform for hands-on practice in a safe, controlled, and repeatable environment. Infectious diseases involve diverse pathogens, leading to distinct clinical diagnosis and treatment and disease and management compared to other conditions. Traditional teaching methods in this area face several challenges; however, high-fidelity simulators allow learners to practice in a risk-free environment with real-time feedback and multidimensional interaction, enhancing the integration of theory and practice. With the deepening of the understanding of infectious diseases, the application of high-fidelity simulators in teaching will continue to expand. This article reviews the role and value of high-fidelity simulators in clinical education for infectious diseases, aiming to support medical educators in effectively leveraging this tool to cultivate highly skilled clinicians.
