Problems and countermeasures  in the cultivation of postgraduates with the degree of pediatric surgery

Abstract: The shortage of pediatric surgeons has become more prominent with the opening of the current two-child policy. Graduate students with a degree in pediatric surgery are the most solid reserve force in pediatric surgery, and high-quality pediatric surgery postgraduates are bedrock for long-term development of pediatric surgery department. However, the current training of postgraduates with the degree of pediatric surgery faces many problems, and we urgently need to explore reasonable and effective countermeasures. This article analyzes the problems in the cultivation of postgraduates in pediatric surgery, and proposes countermeasures, hoping to provide references for the cultivation of postgraduates in pediatric surgery.
