Abstract: In view of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the lack of network responsibility awareness among college students has been summarized and analyzed from three aspects: network self-responsibility, network responsibility to others and society, and network responsibility to nation. Three practical paths are analyzed to promote the cultivation of network responsibility consciousness, and to prevent the lack of network responsibility awareness among college students during the epidemic period. They are promoting three aspects, strengthening three consciousnesses and encouraging three actions, to help college students to internalize the network responsibility consciousness into their own pursuit and externalize it into practical action.
