Abstract: Biochemistry is an important basic subject in medicine. Biochemical experiment is a compulsory course for all specialties in medical vocational colleges. Nowadays, biochemical experiments are constantly changing, thus teaching reform is imminent. Based on the current situation of biochemical experiments in medical vocational colleges, this paper presents corresponding reform measures from the following aspects of required materials and equipment, improving rules and regulations, and arranging training contents. It also covers the problems and opinions in biochemical experiments,aiming to provide reference for the reform of biochemical experiment teaching in other medical vocational colleges.
