Abstract: Non-medical hospital volunteer service is the requirement of the national public hospitals, and the need of Beijing comprehensive medical reform of clinic and pharmacy separation. It highly fits the current central spirit of "adding positive energy for the cause of the party and the people”. By establishing and perfecting the system of volunteer service, the volunteer service mode can be gradually formed, providing lasting volunteer service activities for hospitals and contributing to the medical and health system reform.
