Abstract: Dated from Xihan Dynasty, Confucianismas the main social ideology has a profound effect on social elites and intellectuals.It also plays a vital role in modern education system,especially in graduate education.The education thought as "No child left behind"; "According to theiraptitude" put forward by Confucius and Righteousness concept proposed by Mencius undoubtedly has an important guiding role in ideological education and moral education of the current graduate education.
