Abstract: The synergy medical education deepening the cultivation of postgraduate education of clinical medicine is a major reform of higher education. Furthermore, it is also an important innovation of medical personnel training mode. However, the synergy medical education involves complex interests and contains many links and processes. Hence, how to realize the seamless joint of postgraduate students training and the normalized training of resident doctors, while avoiding the phenomenon of "two peels", becomes an important problem. On the basis of process reengineering theory, the paper intends to provide a new thinking for various universities by carrying out an in-depth process reengineering combined with its real requirements through the procedures of teasing out the key links of personnel training, clearing relations, incorporating functions and defining responsibilities.
