Abstract: The cultivation of high-level innovative talents is inseparable from practical teaching. In view of the shortcomings of pharmacy high-level personnel training, this paper explores the characteristic elements of top innovative talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine required by industrial development, focuses on innovation ability training, builds a practical teaching system for training talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine majors with "integration of production, teaching and research", and explores its realization path oriented by the improvement of innovation ability, so as to train top innovative talents in Chinese medicine to meet the national strategic needs of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
