Abstract: Network technology has made a major impact on the college students' learning, living and communication, which made the network education of ideology and politics more important. In order to improve the effectiveness of network education of ideology and politics, it is needed to explore the characteristics of network education of ideology and politics based on scientific research, to advance theory course teaching by the use of network technology and play the better role of the classroom as a main channel, and to develop the channels of network education of ideology and politics and make it closer to the actual needs of the students.
