Abstract: This paper adopts literature analysis and case analysis to explore the collaborative development pathways between hospital management departments and alumni associations & education foundations in medical universities. Through multi-dimensional collaboration including mechanism improvement, resource integration, joint project development and talent training, it can effectively expand resource channels for clinical discipline construction, promote the integration of high-quality medical resources and social forces, advance the high-quality development of clinical disciplines, and achieve positive interaction and win-win results among universities, affiliated hospitals, alumni and social forces. This research provides a referable development model for similar medical universities.
