Abstract: Affected by different countries’ epidemic prevention and control measures, international medical students are still unable to return to campus for normal teaching activities within a short period of time. Online teaching has become the main teaching method to replace offline teaching. The course Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics for international students of clinical medicine is facing new problems in teaching experimental course mainly emphasizing practical operation. First, international students are special because they come from different countries and regions and are geographically dispersed, have different time zones with China, so it is difficult to choose a particular online teaching time. Moreover, experimental teaching is mainly characterized by practical operation and visualization. If students only learn by themselves through video sharing, they will lose the opportunity to practice, and the effect is not good. This paper aims to explore new teaching models, diversify the teaching products and establish online communication platform through questionnaires, collective lesson preparations and expert team brainstorm, to improve the quality of experimental teaching for international students, and provide a guarantee for training excellent international medical talents.
