How to improve the teachers’ capability for the new affiliated hospital of university

Abstract: The new affiliated hospital of university always has weakly foundation of teaching ability, how to rapidly achieve the aim of the promotion of teaching ability is a huge problem.The accreditation of medical education puts forword more detail approaches and methods for the promotion of teaching ability. The Zhengzhou university explored the teaching system including the faculty employment and training of teachers, innovation of the educational model, scientific research group construction, teachers’evaluation, guarantee of rights and interests, by the accreditation of medical education. The university enhanced the teaching ability training and assessment of the new affiliated hospital, as an important method to improve the academic level.
