Construction and practice of teaching mode based on learning motivation theory in colleges and universities

Abstract: Based on the learning motivation theory and with the help of “rain classroom” teaching tools, this paper constructed a teaching model of “Goal + Sense of self-efficacy + Reinforcement”. The teaching practice of medical literature retrieval for undergraduate students was explored, and the teaching effect was investigated by questionnaires. The results showed that this teaching mode could stimulate students’ learning motivation and improve their learning effect, which was of great significance to other teaching reforms in colleges and universities.
