微课结合PBL教学模式在妇产科学教学中的应用

Analysis on the application of microlecture combined with PBL teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology teaching

摘要: 妇产科学作为一门知识范围广、整体性强、实践要求高的学科,在传统教学模式下,学生被动学习,缺乏实践,往往影响学习效果。在互联网大力发展的背景下,“微课 +PBL”等新型教学模式涌入传统课堂既是对传统《妇产科学》课程教学法的挑战,也是新的改变。“线上 + 线下”的同步学习让学生成为学习的主体,培养了学生自主思考,独立探索,组内合作的能力,同时也完善了知识的整体性,增强了对重难点的掌握。面对新型教学模式,提高教师多元化教学能力、形成统一的评价标准、调整考核体系等策略能有助于在解决师资力量不够、标准制度不够完善等问题同时,加深师生们对妇产科学的理解和运用。在妇产科学教学的探索过程中,老师和同学们更要以包容的态度,接纳尝试新的方法,做到既懂理论,也懂实践,更会思考,妇产科学才有时学时新的实际意义。

Abstract: Obstetrics and gynecology is a subject with wide knowledge range, strong integrity and high practical requirements was faced with students’ passive learning and lack of practice under the traditional teaching mode. Under the background of the vigorous development of the Internet, “microlecture + PBL” and other new teaching modes flow into the traditional classroom, both a challenge and a new change to the traditional teaching method of obstetrics and gynecology. “Online + offline” learning enables students to become the principal part of learning, and cultivates students’ independent thinking ability, independent exploration and team work, improves the integrity of knowledge and enhances the mastery of key and difficult points. In the face of the new teaching mode, the strategies of improving teachers’ diversified teaching ability, forming a unified evaluation standard and adjusting the assessment system can help to solve such problems as insufficient teachers and imperfect standard system, and at the same time, deepen teachers’ and students’ understanding and application of obstetrics and gynecology. Teachers and students should take an inclusive attitude, accept new methods, understand both theory and practice, and be able to think learning sometimes has new practical significance.
