基于德尔菲法的研究型医师绩效考核指标体系构建与研究

Construction of performance evaluation index system for research physicians in teaching hospitals based on Delphi method

摘要: 目的  探索开发出与附属医院研究型医师创新驱动相匹配的绩效考核指标体系。方法  通过文献分析、专家访谈,利用德尔菲法对30名专家进行两轮咨询。结果  开发出适用于附属医院研究型医师绩效考核的指标体系,包含一级指标 4 项、二级指标 12 项、三级指标 38项。结论  通过专家权威程度、专家积极程度及专家评价统一程度等方面统计分析,证明这套指标体系具备可靠性和全面性,为其他附属医院研究型医师的绩效指标体系开发提供依据。

Abstract: Objective  To explore and develop a performance evaluation index system that matches the innovation drive of research physicians in teaching hospitals. Methods  Through literature analysis and expert interviews, 30 experts were consulted in two rounds using the Delphi method. Results   An index system suitable for the performance evaluation of research physicians in teaching hospitals was developed, including 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators. Conclusion  In terms of the statistical analysis of experts’ authority degree, experts’ enthusiasm degree and experts’ evaluation uniformity degree, it is proved that this index system is reliable and comprehensive, and provides a basis for the development of the performance index system of research physicians in other teaching hospitals.
