数字骨科技术结合受力分析在创伤骨科教学中的应用

Application of digital orthopedic technology combined with force analysis in trauma orthopedic teaching

摘要: 目的 探讨数字骨科技术结合受力分析教学法在创伤骨科临床教学中的应用及效果评估。方法 采用前瞻性对照设计,将临床实习阶段的58名医学本科生分为试验组和对照组,试验组28名学生采用数字骨科技术中的三维重建、3D打印及有限元分析,以受力分析为基础进行复杂骨折分型与治疗的教学方法,对照组30名学生采用传统教学方法。通过问卷调查和试卷考核的方式评估两组不同教学方法的效果。结果 问卷调查中,在学习价值、教学组织、师生互动、课程拓展4个维度,两组学生评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学热情、师生关系、考核评价、作业阅读、课程评价维度中,两组学生评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的出科考试成绩为(88.46±4.47)分,高于对照组的(85.50±5.74)分(P<0.05)。结论 以数字骨科技术结合受力分析教学法应用于医学本科生在创伤骨科临床实习阶段的教学,不仅提高了学生的理论知识和技能水平,还有助于培养学生的临床决策能力,有效提高了教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of force analysis teaching mode in clinical teaching of trauma orthopedics, with the support of digital orthopedic technology.Methods A prospective controlled design was adopted, and 58 medical undergraduate students during the clinical internship stage were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consisted of 28 students who were taught complex fracture classification and treatment based on force analysis using 3D reconstruction, 3D printing, and finite element analysis in digital orthopedic technology. The control group consisted of 30 students who received traditional teaching methods. The effectiveness of two different teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire surveys and paper assessments.Results In the questionnaire survey, there was a statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups of students in four dimensions: learning value, teaching organization, teacher-student interaction, and curriculum expansion (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups of students in the dimensions of teaching enthusiasm, teacher-student relationship, assessment and evaluation, homework reading, and course evaluation (P>0.05). The final exam score of the experimental group (88.46±4.47) points was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.50 ± 5.74) points (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a teaching model based on force analysis combined with digital orthopedic technology in the clinical internship stage of trauma orthopedics for medical undergraduate students not only improves their theoretical knowledge and skill level, but also helps to cultivate their clinical decision-making ability, which  improving teaching effectiveness.
