Abstract: High-level compound medical talents are the main driving force for the high-quality development of China's healthcare industry, particularly in responding to future medical challenges and achieving the "Healthy China 2030" goal. Under the background of New Medicine, promoting interdisciplinary integration is crucial for innovative talent training. Although the development level of China's medical education in the new era has been steadily improving, there are still outstanding problems such as the continuous differentiation of medical disciplines, insufficient aggregation, insufficient concentration of efforts, insufficient innovativeness of medical talents, as well as the quality of medical personnel training to be improved. This study, based on the new positioning of medical education development in industry-specific institutions, proposes a "major discipline" and "major science" talent training model under the perspective of multidisciplinary integration. It designs an innovative talent teaching path for the new medical science based on the instructional system design (ISD) model and a "Future Medicine+" curriculum system integrating multiple disciplines. The study demonstrates and evaluates the implementation effects of this curriculum system, promoting further enhancement in the value of multidisciplinary integration and innovative education.
