以学生为中心、质量为核心的医学本科教学管理改革与实践

摘要: 在实际工作中,医学高校人才培养中心地位和本科教学基础地位一直面临着不少挑战,尤其是在大学对学科建设、科技创新等愈发重视的环境下,高校巩固和加强本科教学的重视程度、投入力度、保障强度面临更多压力,在管理机制创新、管理信息化、管理效率和质量提升方面改革力度有待加强。探讨高校从理念文化、政策制度、资源配置、信息技术等方面持续推进“教学管理理念、教学管理机制、教学管理协同体系、教学管理信息化”四位一体教学管理改革,是着力于本科教学外部发展环境和内部管理机制双向优化,实施以学生为中心、质量为核心的本科教学管理体系,提升医学高校本科教学管理质量和效益的有效途径。

Abstract: The center status of colleges and universities talent training and the basic position of undergraduate teaching have been facing many challenges in the actual work, especially when universities pay increasing attention to discipline construction and scientific and technological innovation. There is more pressure to consolidate and strengthen the attention, investment and guarantee intensity of undergraduate teaching. The reform of colleges and universities management focuses on mechanism innovation, management informatization, management efficiency and quality improvement. This paper discusses the continuous promotion of the four-in-one teaching management reform of “teaching management concept, teaching management mechanism, teaching management coordination system, and teaching management informatization” , including concept culture, policy system, resource allocation, information technology. Focusing on the two-way optimization of the external development environment and internal management mechanism of undergraduate teaching, implementing the student-centered and quality-centered undergraduate teaching management system, it is beneficial to improve the quality and efficiency of colleges and universities teaching management.
