情景模拟结合案例教学法在《听力学》见习带教中的应用与实践

摘要: 目的探讨情景模拟结合案例教学法在《听力学》见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月- 2019年5月在中山大学附属第一医院听力中心进行听力学见习40名学生,将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用情景模拟结合案例教学法教学。见习结束,两组学生均进行相应理论及操作考试与问卷调查,对比研究两种教学方式教学效果。结果试验组学生的病例分析题成绩、理论成绩及操作成绩与对照组比较,优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、课堂吸收率、理论知识掌握程度及对教学方式的满意程度等方面,两组学员评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论情景模拟结合案例教学法可有效提高听力学见习教学质量,适合于听力学教学。

Abstract:

Objective    To explore the effect of situational simulation combined with case teaching method in audiology practice teaching. Methods    Forty students were for clinical clerkship in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from January 2019 to May 2019. They were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The former used situational simulation combined with case teaching method, while the latter used traditional teaching method. At the end of clinical clerkship, two groups were given the corresponding theoretical and operational tests and questionnaires to compare the teaching effects of the two teaching modes. Results   Compared with the control group, the results of case analysis, theoretical examination and practical operation in the experimental group were better than those in the traditional group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In terms of clinical thinking ability, doctor-patient communication ability, classroom absorption rate, mastery of theoretical knowledge and satisfaction with teaching methods, the differences between the two groups of students were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the experimental group performed better than the control group. Conclusion   Situational simulation combined with case teaching can effectively improve the quality of audiology practice teaching, which is suitable for audiology teaching.
