体医融合做防控 居家健身战疫情

摘要: 身体活动不足是健康危险因素之一,列为第四位的死亡危险因素,因此新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间居家防控不仅要做好个人防护、保持良好卫生和健康习惯,还要每天抽出一部分时间进行适量运动,减少静坐少动的不良生活方式,做到体医融合,科学锻炼,这不仅对自己身体健康、提高免疫力大有好处,同时也是为战胜疫情蓄积健康力量。本文介绍几种简单易行的、锻炼效果良好、适用于居家身体活动的运动方式,同时给出常用的评测量表来监测居家健康运动的强度和运动量。

Abstract: For the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the majority of people are staying at home to reduce transmission chances. As lack of physical activity is one of the health risk factors and the fourth death risk factor, people should not only do a good job in personal protection, maintain good health habits, but also reduce time of sitting, take proper exercise every day, through which they can improve health and immunity and build up a healthy body to fight against the epidemic. We introduce several simple and easy exercise method, which are suitable for home-based physical activities, and gives a commonly used evaluation scale to monitor the intensity and amount of exercise. People should keep mental health, quit smoking and drinking alcohol, have reasonable diet and take scientific exercise anywhere.
