新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下健康管理防控实践

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探寻健康管理科有效防控新型冠状病毒肺炎的管理举措。方法首都医科大学宣武医院健康管理科严格遵守院内疫情防控要求，根据科室特点，以科室各部门为单位，从人员管理、物资管理及环境消毒等方面采取有效的应对措施，优化人员分配，保障物资的供应，使各项工作有序开展。结果健康管理科人员合理分配，维持科室工作有序开展，至今未发现一例感染患者或体检客人，未出现工作人员感染。结论健康管理科采取科学全面的管理办法，可降低工作人员之间及工作人员与体检客人 / 患者间交叉感染率、加快患者就诊速度、提升疫情防控能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore management measures for effective prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia in the Department of Health Management. Methods The Department of Health Management, Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University strictly adhered to the requirements for epidemic prevention and control in the hospital. According to the characteristics of the department, with its various offices as units, effective measures were taken in personnel management, material management and environmental disinfection to optimize staff allocation, to ensure the materials supply, and to carry out various tasks in an orderly manner. Results The staff of the Department of Health Management were reasonably distributed and the work of the department was maintained in an orderly manner. So far, no confirmed case was found in patients, physical examination guests or medical staff and workers. Conclusion The health management department adopted a scientific and comprehensive management approach, reduced the cross-infection rate among staff members and between staff and medical guests /patients, speeded up the patient visits, and improved the ability of epidemic prevention and control.
