“3+2”培训项目带教师资的现状与思考

摘要: 目的 通过对我校“3+2”项目培训基地带教师资现状的调研,及时发现培训过程中出现的问题,并提出相关建议,进一步提高培训质量。方法 围绕我校培训基地带教师资的现状对带教教师、培训管理人员、受培训学员分别进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果 “3+2”培训基地带教教师的带教态度及意识较好,对待师资培训的态度也比较积极,但各培训基地在师资的数量及资质、师资培训的实施和师资激励政策等方面还存在一些问题。结论 培训管理人员应定期审查师资数量和资质,加强师资培训力度,完善师资考核制度与激励机制,从而建立健全一支高质量的全科师资队伍。

Abstract: Objective To discover the problems in the training process, and put forward suggestions to improve the quality of training through the investigation of present situation of faculty doctors for “3+2” training programs. Methods Based on the problems of present situation of faculty doctors, we conducted an investigation on faculty doctors, training administrative staff and students, and analyzed the survey results. Results Faculty doctors had good teaching attitude and awareness, they were positive to the teacher training, but there were some problems with the number and qualification of teachers, implementation of teacher training and the teacher incentives. Conclusion To establish and improve a quality general teacher team, training administrative staff should regularly review the teacher quantity and qualification, strengthen the teacher training, and improve the teacher evaluation system and incentives.
