摘要: G-管理模式是基于对世界前沿管理理论和大量管理实践研究基础上,针对企业管理的需要提出的一整套管理理念、管理制度和管理方法体系。“人+制度+创新”是G-管理模式的核心思想,也是G-管理模式的理念,借鉴这一核心思想指导教学运行管理,实现以人为本的管理,加强并完善工作制度体系,优化管理模式,创新管理方式,使教学管理更加规范,更加完善,达到管理的最优境界。

Abstract: General Management System is a set of management ideas, management systems and management methods based on leading-edge management theory and a large number of management practices, so as to meet the needs of enterprise management. “Person+institution+innovate” is both the core theory and the concept of the G-management mode. To conduct teaching management with the application of this core theory, we can realize people-oriented management, enhance the working policy system, optimize management mode, and innovate management methods. In this way we can make the teaching operation system more standard, more complete and reach the management optimum.
