摘要/Abstract

摘要： 传染病医疗卫生事业健康发展需要大批德才兼备的高级专业人才，医学研究生是临床医生的后备军，其综合素质教育在一定程度上关系到我国传染病卫生事业的前途和发展，医学研究生的培养是传染病医学培养的较高层次，其中综合素质教育在传染病研究生管理工作中尤为重要。

Abstract: The healthy development of medical and health services of infectious diseases need a large number of senior professionals who have both ability and political integrity. Medical graduate student is the reserve army of clinical doctors. The comprehensive quality education of medical graduate student, to a certain extent, is related to the future and development of the health service of infectious diseases. The cultivation of medical postgraduates is the higher level of infectious disease medical training, including the comprehensive quality education, which is especially important in the management of graduate students training in infectious diseases.
