药学类毕业生就业现状分析及对策探讨

摘要: 对药学类毕业生就业分析就是根据社会需要,针对所学专业、求职意向、个人特点及社会与家庭环境等条件,对毕业生开展的具有系统、针对、有效的就业现状分方式。本文通过对安徽中医药大学药学院2014 届中药、药物制剂专业毕业生进行就业现状分析,总结分析过程中的问题并对药学类毕业生的就业引导展开论述与思考。

Abstract: The employment analysis of graduates majored in pharmacy is according to the social needs, speciality, job intention and personal features, as well as social and family context, which is systematic, accountable and effective. This article analyzed the employment status of 2014 step graduates of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, who were majored in Chinese medicine and pharmaceutical preparation, summarized the issues and expounded the employment guidance.
