英国医学毕业生基本能力要求对我国医学教育的启示——基于对《明日的医生》的报告解读

摘要: 为了比较和借鉴国外医学教育先进经验,通过研读2009版《明日的医生》报告,从医生作为学者、从业者和专业人员3个方面归纳英国医学毕业生基本能力要求,得出中国医学教育中应该加强如社会学、心理学等知识学习,提高医学生对非语言沟通重要性的认识,强调医生要有团队协作意识,不仅要有和谐医患关系,还应与同事保持良好关系的启示。

Abstract: In order to learn the advanced experience of foreign medical education, I study the 2009 report of “Doctor of Tomorrow”. This paper summarizes the basic ability requirements of British medical graduates from three aspects: doctors, practitioners and professionals. I obtained three revelations. Firstly, the Chinese medical education should strengthen medical students’ knowledge in sociology, psychology and so on. Secondly, we should improve their knowledge innon-verbal communication. Thirdly, doctors should have teamwork awareness.They should have a harmonious relationship not only with their patients, but also with their colleagues.
