摘要： 卓越拔尖创新医学人才培养体系构建与改革是高等医学教育面临的一项重要研究课题。吉林大学白求恩医学部积极围绕其培养理念、培养目标、课程体系、教学方式方法、体制机制、教学团队建设等要素，加强顶层设计和内涵建设，不断改革探索，使教学工作获得了较快的发展。
