Abstract: Since December 2019, COVID-19 has posed a major threat to public health in China. Nucleic acid detection is the most important means of detecting the virus. On 31st, January, 2020, Nucleic Acid Detection Laboratory was established in Beijing You’an Hospital. In order to avoid hospital infection accidents, Beijing Youan Hospital adopted different effective bio-safety measures, including grasping the COVID-19 nucleic acid detection process in detail, combing out the risk points in the process; finding out the current situation and direction of improvement of the hardware and software requirements for 2019-nCoV nucleic detection; and integrating relevant managing departments to form special functional working groups, to implement problem-oriented flat management. This article provides an overview of the effective efforts on preventing the hospital infection of You’an managing team in the battle against COVID-19.
