Abstract: The COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020 has made online teaching an inevitable choice for the completion of teaching tasks, and prompted colleges and universities to start the reform of education mode based on online teaching. Implementing the spirit of “suspending class, ongoing learning”, Ningxia Medical University unified leadership, established online teaching team and student-centered teaching arrangement, integrating education resources to establish new remote teaching form of “Internet + education”. The online teaching is successfully carried out and quality is guaranteed through multiple means. Based on practical experience, this paper reflects and summarizes the education mode reform of online teaching normalization. Firstly, the challenge of large-scale online teaching left us with rich practical experience and innovative ideas, to prepare for three-dimensional changes of “teaching”, “learning” and “management” in the field of education and teaching, and a new form of education and teaching has now been gradually established. Secondly, the relationship between online teaching and offline classroom should be redefined and the advantages of the two should be implemented, creating a new normality of blending online and offline teaching. Thirdly, from passive acceptance to active change, it is the surge and practice of teaching quality consciousness, as well as the foundation of the new ecology of student-centered and outcome-oriented quality revolution.
