新冠肺炎疫情背景下医学院校师资课程思政能力培训方式探索

Training methods of teachers' ideological and political ability in medical colleges during the COVID-19 pandemic

摘要: 目的  探索新冠肺炎疫情背景下有效开展医学院校师资课程思政能力培训的方式。方法  选取首都医科大学各临床医学院的73名临床骨干师资为研究对象,采用对照法比较培训效果,线下培训组41人,线上培训组32人,培训后统一进行考核,包括理论考核和提交课程思政教学案例两部分。结果  两组间男女比例、平均年龄、临床教学年限差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;学习效果评价方面,两组间理论考核成绩和课程思政教学案例得分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但课程思政教学案例提交率线下组(92.68%)高于线上组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学质量评价方面,两组间对课程思政教育理念、教学能力及示范课教学评价均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但理论授课环节线上培训组非常满意率(96.88%)显著高于线下培训组(78.05%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  在新冠肺炎疫情背景下,师资课程思政能力培训采用线上或线下方式效果相当,但各有优势,因此可根据课程内容,采取“线上+线下”混合教学培训方式。

Abstract: Objective  To explore effective ways to carry out ideological and political ability training of medical college teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods  A total of 73 clinical teachers from the clinical medical schools of Capital Medical University were selected as the subjects, 41 in offline training group and 32 in online training group. They were assessed in a unified way including theoretical assessment and submission of ideological and political theory education cases. Results  There was no significant difference in male to female ratio, average age and clinical teaching years between the two groups (P>0.05). In terms of learning effect evaluation, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the scores of theoretical assessment and the scores of ideological and political theory education cases (P>0.05), but the submission rate of ideological and political theory education cases in the offline group (92.68%) was higher than that in the online group (75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of teaching quality evaluation, there was no significant difference between the two groups in aspects of ideological and political theory education concept, teaching ability and teaching evaluation of demonstration courses (P>0.05), but the very satisfactory rate of online training group in theoretical teaching link (96.88%) was significantly higher than that of offline training group (78.05%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion  During the COVID-19 pandemic, the online and offline training of teachers' ideological and political ability has achieved the same effect, yet each has its own advantages. Therefore, the “online and offline” mixed training method might be adopted according to the course content.
