摘要: 首都医科大学基础医学院贯彻“三全育人”理念,以坚定理想信念教育为核心,以价值观塑造为根本,以生命教育为切入点,以知识传授为基础,以应用技能提升为条件,以增强实践能力为延伸,将临床学习前置于学生培养各个环节,帮助学生尽早接触医学、接触患者、接触社会,构建起临床医学专业“融通式”人才培养大格局,促进其全面发展和健康成才。

关键词: 三全育人, 临床医学, 融通式培养模式

Abstract: School of Basic Medical Sciences,  Capital Medical University carried out “three complete education” concept, taking firm ideals and convictions education as the core, building up the correct values as fundamental, life education as the breakthrough point, basing on imparting knowledge, improving the application of skills as a condition, enhancing practical ability as an extension. Clinical practice teaching should be integrated in every link of student training, and help students study medicine early, contact with patients early, enter the society early. The construction of integrated training mode for clinical medical talents might promote students’ healthy growth and their comprehensive quality development.
