摘要: 齐齐哈尔医学院2011 年开始实施“三导向”人才培养模式,在教师培训、教师发展、教师授课、课程整合等方面进行了多方面改革,取得了一定的可喜成绩,同时受到了国内同行的广泛认可。但是,在教师集体备课评价与实施方面还一直沿用陈旧的评价方法和实施过程,没有积极反映出“三导向”人才培养模式各方面具体表现的评价效果。为了进一步积极推进齐齐哈尔医学院“三导向”人才培养模式教师集体备课评价与实施,确保齐齐哈尔医学院“三导向”人才培养模式的集体备课评价有效效度,同时还可以积极掌握、分析自己的优势与不足,以此达到对多数教师起到积极鼓励的效果,进而促使齐齐哈尔医学院教师的综合素质全面发展。
