医学生就业心理分析与对策研究

Employment psychological analysis of medical students and the research on the relevant countermeasures

摘要: 文章在分析医学生就业中的心理压力、双重趋避心理冲突、发展性性心理需要、“延缓偿付期”心理、从众心理以及不合理认知等心理特点基础上,从就业结构性矛盾、医疗人才培养制度、医学院校就业指导与教育和医学生自身心理素质等方面阐释了导致这种心理的原因,并从政府就业政策、医学教育改革、思想政治教育、心理健康教育、职业生涯规划教育和就业指导与服务等方面提出对策。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of psychological pressure of medical students in employment, double flight from psychological conflict, developmental sexual psychology needs, psychological moratorium, conformity and unreasonable cognition and some other psychological characteristics, this article illustrates the causes of the above characteristics such as the employment structural contradictions, medical personnel training system, vocational guidance and education of medical colleges and psychological quality of medical students themselves, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government employment policy,medical educational reform, the ideological and political education, mental health education, career planning education, and employment counseling and service.
