综合性大学临床医学专业教学质量同质化管理模式的探索——以中山大学为例

摘要: 医学教育是卫生健康事业发展的重要基石,临床教学是医学生获取临床技能和经验的重要途径,是培养医学人才的重要环节。本文梳理了临床教学同质化的难点和原因,并以中山大学为例,阐述了学校在构建临床教学统筹管理体系、推进全链条管理模式、激发教师队伍活力方面实践探索的过程和成效,为建立科学、合理的临床教学质量同质化保障体系,提高医学生的临床实践能力和培养质量提供参考。

Abstract: Medical education is a cornerstone in the healthcare development, and clinical teaching is both an important way for medical students to acquire clinical skills and experience, and a key link in cultivating medical talents. This article outlines the difficulties and reasons for the homogenization of clinical teaching, and takes Sun Yat-sen University to exemplify the process and effectiveness of practical exploration in building a comprehensive management system for clinical teaching, promoting a full chain management model, and stimulating the faculty's vitality. It aims to establish a scientific and reasonable homogenization guarantee system for clinical teaching quality, and to provide reference for improving the clinical practice ability and training quality of medical students.
