5E教学模式结合翻转课堂在神经病学本科生见习中的实践

5E teaching mode combined with flipped classroom in neurology internship for undergraduates

摘要: 目的 总结5E教学模式结合翻转课堂在神经病学本科教学中应用效果。方法 选取2020年9月-2021年8月在扬州大学临床医学院神经内科轮转的2017级本科生154名,共4个班级,分为试验组(77名)和对照组(77名)各两个班级。试验组采用5E教学模式结合翻转课堂的神经病学教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。结果 试验组学员理论成绩、辅助检查判读、接诊患者、临床思维、基本技能操作和人文沟通成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用5E教学模式结合翻转课堂对神经病学本科教学有着更好的教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of 5E teaching mode combined with flipped classroom in neurology teaching for undergraduates.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021, a total of 154 undergraduate students were enrolled in four classes, and divided into study group (77 students) and control group (77 students). The study group adopted 5E teaching mode combined with flipped classroom in neurology teaching, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Results The theoretical scores, auxiliary examination interpretation, receiving patients, clinical thinking, basic skill operation, humanistic communication scores, and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The 5E teaching mode combined with flipped classroom has better teaching effect in neurology teaching for undergraduates.
