医学生神经病学见习运用PBL结合CBL和RPT教学的探索

摘要: 目的  神经病学在全科医学学习科目中有重要地位,探索以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以病例为基础(case-based learning,CBL)和角色扮演法(role-playing teaching,RPT)的教学方法在神经病学见习中的应用。方法  以昆明医科大学临床医学专业(全科医学方向)学生为研究对象,试验组采用 PBL 联合CBL和RPT 教学,对照组采用传统见习教学,见习结束使用Mini-CEX评价学习成效。结果  试验组在神经病学临床见习中的病史询问、体格检查、临床判断、卫教咨询、组织效能、整体表现等方面能力优于对照组。结论  PBL联合CBL和RPT教学,能全面、有效、真实地反映学生的临床能力,建立良好的临床思维。

Abstract: Objective  This paper aims to explore the application of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning(CBL) and role-playing teaching(RPT) in neurology teaching for general practice students. Methods  General practice students from Kunming Medical University were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group was taught with PBL combined with CBL and RPT, while the control group was taught with traditional mode. Mini-CEX was used to evaluate the learning effect. Results  The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of medical history inquiry, physical examination, clinical judgment, health and education consultation, organizational efficacy, and overall performance.  Conclusion  PBL combined with CBL and RPT is worthy of promotion and reference.
