Clinical resource transformation and external training model construction in medical colleges from the perspective of resource-based view

摘要:

 医学院校依托临床资源优势开展对外培训,是深化产教融合、实现资源效能转化的重要路径。通过整合附属医院、临床医学院临床资源,构建体系化培训课程并创新合作模式,可显著提升医学教育质量。核心创新在于设计“临床资源-培训效能转化-学科反哺”闭环机制:一方面,通过建立市场化运营机制(包括项目评估体系、差异化激励机制及优化利润分配等),引入专业管理团队打造品牌;另一方面,通过培训产生的“知识溢出效应”(如汇聚的临床案例、前沿技术应用经验等反哺教学与科研)直接推动学科内涵建设。同时,形成的可持续经费渠道为“双一流”建设(如高端人才引进、重点实验室投入、创新项目孵化)提供了有力资源支撑,实现社会效益与经济效益的良性循环。

Abstract: Medical colleges can leverage their clinical resources to provide external training, which represents a vital pathway to deepen industry-education integration and transform resource efficiency. By integrating clinical resources from affiliated hospitals and clinical medical schools, constructing systematic training courses, and innovating cooperation models, the quality of medical education can be significantly improved. The core innovation lies in designing a closed-loop mechanism of "clinical resources-training efficiency transformation-discipline feedback": on the one hand, by establishing a market-oriented operation mechanism (including project evaluation system, differentiated incentive mechanism, and optimized profit distribution), introducing a professional management team to build the brand; on the other hand, the "knowledge spillover effect" generated through training (such as the collection of clinical cases, cutting-edge technology application experience, etc., which directly contribute to teaching and research) directly promotes the construction of disciplinary connotation. Furthermore, the formed sustainable funding channels provide strong resource support for the "Double First Class" construction (such as the introduction of high-end talents, investment in key laboratories, and incubation of innovative projects), creating a virtuous cycle of social and economic benefits.
