Abstract: Trauma emergency is an important composition of clinical medical system. Due to the lack of trauma emergency curricula in traditional medical education in China, the ability of junior residents cannot meet the clinical needs. By the principle of evidence-based medicine, UpToDate-based standardized training course of trauma emergency for the residents can not only arouse students’ learning enthusiasm and interests, but also ensure the homogeneity of clinical teaching and the systematic clinical case design, which can provide a new platform for the training of trauma emergency in standardized training program of residents. In addition, interchanging the content of doctor-patient communication with trauma emergency training is helpful to strengthen medical humanistic education of residents.
