教学工作量化评估体系的效果验证

摘要: 加强教学师资队伍建设对临床学院意义重大。量化评估高校教师教学工作,将考核结果运用到教学管理中对教务管理工作者具有指导意义。经过 5 年探索,2 次修订,结合临床教师的日常教学工作,综合考虑教业绩、教学差错事故、教学评价、教师培训等因素,出台了定量和定性相结合的教学工作量评估体系。这种评估体系下,教学评价方式更直观,教师教学评价结果更符合一般规律。通过对影响考核结果的因素研究表明,不同年份影响当年教师教学总分的影响因素不同。因此,上一年教学考核结果不仅有利于分析当年教学投入,也对来年教学安排具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of teaching faculty is of great significance to clinical colleges. The results of the teaching workload quantitative evaluation can provide suggestions to the educational administrators. After 5 years of exploration and twice revisions, our hospital has introduced a teaching workload evaluation system, covering clinical teachers’ daily teaching work, teaching performance, teaching errors and accidents, teaching evaluation, teacher training and other factors. Under this evaluation system, the teaching evaluation method is more direct, and the teaching evaluation result is more in line with the general principle. According to the comparison of the results, the factors influencing the final teaching scores are varied by years. So the teaching assessment results of this year are not only conducive to the analysis of the teaching input of this year, but also have some guiding significance for the teaching arrangement of the next year.
