摘要: 医学生在不同的学习阶段所反映出来的思想状况不同,德育工作的内容和重点也有所不同。随着医药卫生大环境的变化,对医学生临床阶段的德育也提出了新的要求。在注重加强临床专业技能培养的同时,把握时代特征,结合实际开展适合医学生思想特点和环境变化的德育教学,是临床医学院做好德育工作的新要求。

Abstract: Medical students in different learning stage reflected that the ideological situation is different, and the content and key point of the moral work is also discrepant. With the transformation of medicine and health care environment, the new requirements are put forward specially to moral education in clinical phase of medical students. The new requirements consist of paying attention to reinforcing the clinical skills training, grasping characteristics of the times and practically developing moral education which fits to the ideological features of medical students and environmental changes.
