摘要: 基于问题为导向的教学称之为PBL教学。它以学生为中心,教师起引导作用,通过临床典型病例表现疾病节点和过程的教学方法。在具体措施中注意病例的收集、教师的培训、学生的引导、基础条件的准备等4个方面,具体包括临床病例、讲解提出问题、分次讨论、综合问题、总结、提出结论7个步骤。目的让学生掌握章节知识点、培养辨证论治思维。

Abstract: The problem-based learning is called PBL teaching. It is a student-centered teaching, in which teachers play a leading role in using typical cases of clinical disease to demonsrate the disease’s nodes and process. The four concrete measures include cases collection, teachers’ training, students guidance, and preparation of basic conditions. The teaching consists of seven steps: analyzing clinical cases, explaining questions, discussing points, integrating issues, summary and conclusions. This teaching enables students to acquire knowledge points in the chapter, and improve their thinking in diagnosis and treatment.
