摘要: 作为各企事业单位人事管理的基础性内容,人事档案涵盖管理对象个人身份、学历以及工作经历等相关内容,是个人成长与发展的重要记录,在职称评定、社会保障等方面发挥着重要的作用。在当前信息化技术不断发展的时代背景下,人事档案管理工作信息化建设成为了大势所趋,通过计算机和互联网的应用,能够摆脱以往纸质档案管理工作存储、调用、文件送达等方面效率不高的限制,适应当前时代发展的现实需求,促进相关行业人事档案管理信息化技术应用与改革实效性的不断提升。本文探讨了新形势下医院人事档案管理信息化建设的相关内容,旨在提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Abstract: As the basic content of personnel management in all enterprises and institutions, , personnel file management covers personal identity, qualifications, work experience, and other related contents. It is an important record of personal growth and development. It plays an important role in job classification, social security and so on. In the era of rapid development of the current information technology, informationization construction for personnel file management has become a general trend. With the computer and internet applications, we can get rid of the inefficient limitations of the former paper files management, such as store, transfer and file service etc. Instead, we should adapt to the practical demand of current times, promote information technology application in personnel file management for the relevant industry and improve the effectiveness of the reform. This article discusses the informationization construction of hospital personnel records management under the new situation so as to provide a relevant reference.
