Abstract: 】Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Application of Scientific and Technological Achievementsbrought new vitality and energy. Around the characteristics and the existing main problems of medical science and technology achievements, Capital Medical University has established new measures on the policy guidance, funds, risk-sharing, incentive mechanism and so on.
