摘要: 随着医疗卫生事业的迅速发展,医学研究生的科研创新能力越来越受到重视。本文结合我们自己的科研教学经验,对病理生理学研究生的特点进行了分析,同时从学生科研诚信的培养,创新意识的调动,团队创新意识的培养,学科的交叉学习及学术交流方面介绍了医学研究生创新能力的培养。

Abstract: With the rapid development of medical and health service, more attentions have been paid to the innovation ability of medical postgraduate. This paper summarizes the characteristics and innovation ability training of medical postgraduate based on our teaching and scientific research experience, including stimulating students’ innovative consciousness, raising teams’ innovative consciousness, interdisciplinary study and academic communication.
