医学院校编程语言类课程教学改革探索——以C语言程序设计为例

Teaching reform in programming language courses in medical colleges—taking C language programming as an example

摘要: 编程语言课程的主要目的是培养学生的计算思维能力及解决与专业相关的实际问题的能力。医学院的编程语言课程应与医学专业紧密结合,以实际医学问题为设计案例。本文基于当前医学院校编程语言课程教学中存在的问题,以C语言程序设计为例,探讨医学院校编程设计课程的教学内容和教学方法的改革,并对考核方式进行改进与完善。教学改革实施后,对教学效果进行调研分析,结果表明,学生对课程改革的满意度非常高,学习兴趣由52%提升至83%;参与度由71%增加至91%;课程与医学的结合度由53%上升至86%;学习效果由60%提高至85%,学生的自主学习能力也得到了显著提升。

Abstract: The programming language course mainly aims to cultivate students' computational thinking ability and their ability to solve practical problems related to their majors. The programming language courses in medical schools should be closely integrated with the medical profession, with a focus on solving medical applications. This article is based on the problems existing in the teaching of programming language courses in medical colleges. Taking C language design as an example, this article explores the teaching reform and improves the assessment methods. Analysis and research on the teaching effectiveness after curriculum reform show that the integration of curriculum and medicine has increased from 53% to 86%; students' interest in learning has increased from 52% to 83%; the learning effectiveness has increased from 60% to 85%; the student participation rate increased from 71% to 91%. These data indicate that students have a very high level of satisfaction with the curriculum reform, with significant improvements in their interest in programming language courses, their relevance to the medical profession, their independent learning ability, and their learning outcomes.
