PBL教学法在思政元素融入卫生经济学课程中的探索与实践

摘要: 目的 本研究运用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)将思政元素融入卫生经济学课程,旨在完善课程思政教育方法,探索未来课程思政的教学模式改革方向。方法 通过问卷调查和描述性统计分析调查对象对思政元素融入、教学方法与改革方向的评价与意见。调查对象为中山大学公共卫生学院2021-2022学年修读过卫生经济学课程的在校学生,有效问卷115份。结果 有95.65%的调查对象对现有的卫生经济学课程思政内容效果感到满意,认可卫生经济学课程现有的思政内容能够帮助专业学习与政治思想建设。结论 通过应用基于问题的教学法,思政元素可以较好融入卫生经济学课堂,未来教师可以继续开展课程思政建设,同时探索线上线下混合教学模式,进一步提高卫生经济学课程的教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To integrate ideological and political elements into the course of health economics by using problem-based learning (PBL), improve the educational methods of health economics, and explore the direction of future teaching reform.Methods Questionnaire survey and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the respondents' comments and opinions. The subjects were students who had studied health economics in School of Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University in the academic year 2021-2022, and 115 valid questionnaires were collected.Results 95.65% of the respondents were satisfied with the effect of the existing ideological and political content of health economics course, and recognized that it could help professional learning and political thought construction.Conclusion Through the application of PBL, ideological and political elements can be better integrated into the course of health economics. In the future, the faculty can continue to enhance ideological and political education, while exploring online and offline blended teaching modes to further improve the teaching effectiveness of the health economics course.
