基于“云平台”的临床技能考官培训模式在考前培训中应用效果分析

Effect analysis of clinical practice skills examiner training model based on “cloud platform” in pre-exam training

摘要: 目的  探讨利用云平台进行资源整合与技术融合的考前考官培训模式,提升考官执考水平,有效地保障考核质量。方法  选取2021年3月参加首都医科大学临床技能会考的考官共190名,开展基于云平台的在线统一培训、云评分模拟考核现场场景等方式的考前培训。并在培训及考核过程中实时反馈,完成后采用自填式问卷结合模拟评价结果对培训进行整体评价。结果  培训后考官对培训的需求匹配度、形式匹配度、内容合理性、效果认可度、培训效果自评、软件应用熟练度、继续参加考核意愿、培训流程满意度评分较高,其中软件应用熟练度评分尤为显著。经过培训后,模拟评分的结果较标准分数差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论  基于云平台的考官培训模式在考核前培训中应用达到了预期效果,有利于考核质量保证和效率提升。

Abstract: Objective  To explore integration of resources and technology based on cloud platform, to experiment clinical practice skills examiner training model before the examination, to improve the level of examiners and effectively guarantee the quality of examination. Methods  A total of 190 examiners were selected in the Clinical Skills Examination of Capital Medical University in 2021 to carry out the online unified training based on cloud platform and the on-site training of cloud scoring simulation assessment.  Real-time feedback was provided in the training and assessment process, after completion of the self-filled questionnaire combined with the simulation evaluation results of the overall evaluation of the training. Results  After training, examiners scored higher on the matching degree of training demand, matching degree of training form, rationality of training content, recognition of training effect, self-evaluation of training effect, willingness to continue to participate in the assessment, satisfaction degree of training process,  especially software application proficiency. After training, there was no significant difference between simulated scores and standard scores (P >0.05). Conclusion  The application of the examiner training mode based on cloud platform in the pre-assessment training has achieved the desired effect, which is conducive to the guarantee of the assessment quality and the improvement of efficiency.
