摘要： 在“激素治疗”案中，由于患者对知情同意权过度解读，引出了医生在履行告知义务时的合理边界问题。通过以患者知情同意权为切入点，探讨如何正确行使知情同意权，辨析医师告知义务的合理边界，为完善履行医师告知义务提供了对策和建议。

Abstract: In the “hormone therapy” case, the patient’s over-interpretation of the right to informed consent led to a reasonable boundary problem for doctors in fulfilling their obligation to inform.
