摘要： 目的研究客观结构化临床考试（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）是否是适合大规模临床医学专业毕业生的考核模式，为临床教学改革和培养方案修订提供客观依据。方法采用OSCE对徐州医科大学2016 届和2017 届共计1 554 名临床医学专业学生进行临床实践技能考核，每届抽取500 名学生，两届共1 000 名学生进行问卷调查。结果 OSCE 考核成绩总体呈正态分布，其中第二站辅助判读为九站中得分最低站（P ＜ 0.05）。问卷调查结果显示，99.7% 的考生认为OSCE 对今后的临床工作有帮助，98.52% 的考生认为有必要推广。结论 OSCE 是一个相对公平、有效的临床技能综合评估方式，受到了考生的认可，是适合我校临床医学专业毕业生的考核模式。

Abstract: Objective To study whether objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is suitable for large-scale clinical medical graduation examination, to provide objective reference for clinical teaching reform and training program revision. Methods The clinical practice skills of 1 554 clinical medical students in Grade 2016 and 2017 were assessed by OSCE. A total of 1000 students were randomly selected from two grades to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The overall performance of OSCE assessment results was normal distribution, among which the second station auxiliary interpretation was the lowest point in nine stations (P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire show that 99.7% of the examinees agree that OSCE is helpful for the future clinical work, and 98.52% of the examinees think it worthy of promotion. Conclusion OSCE is recognized by the examinees as a relatively fair and effective comprehensive assessment method for clinical skills, and is suitable for the assessment mode of clinical medicine graduates.
