北京市中医住院医师规范化培训师资队伍现状调查

Investigation on the faculty’s status quo of the standardized training for residents of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing

摘要: 目的 了解北京市中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)师资队伍现状及其对规范化培训工作的了解程度、自身带教特点以及参加培训情况。方法 依托北京市中医局培训项目,对北京市 17 家中医住院医师培训基地的 210 名骨干师资进行问卷调查。结果 骨干师资年龄 30 ~ 49 岁占 90%,硕士以上学历占77%,中高级职称占 92%;高级职称师资平均带教年限高于其他职称,市属医院师资平均带教年限高于区属;市属医院师资的平均带教学生数多于区属;69% 的骨干教师表示完全了解或基本了解规范化培训工作的相关要求,另有 25% 仅为有一定了解;主要带教方式及内容:专题讲座、集体授课、教学查房等方式及中医经典学习、中医辨证思维及中医临床进展等方面内容;83% 的骨干师资表示参加培训帮助很大或有帮助;77% 的骨干师资愿意参加培训,22% 表示视情况而定。结论 北京市中医住院医师规培师资队伍组成现状优良,但部分师资对规培工作了解不足,重视不够;相关管理部门组织培训须考虑培训的质量和组织形式。今后应加大对师资队伍的培训及考核力度,且不断完善遴选、培训、考评制度;对不同类型的医院采取不同的激励措施。

Abstract: Objective To understand the faculty’s status quo of traditional Chinese medicine standardized training for residents in Beijing and their understanding of this training, its own teaching characteristics and performance of participation.Methods Relying on the training program of the Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 210 key teachers of 17 traditional Chinese medicine residency training bases in Beijing. Results The key teachers aged 30-49 accounted for 90%, the teachers holding master's degree or above accounted for 77, the ones with middle and senior titles accounted for 92%; the senior title teachers’ average teaching years is higher than other titles teachers’,teachers in the municipal hospital average teaching years is higher than those in the district The average number of teachers in the municipal hospitals is higher than that of the districts; 69% of the key teachers demonstrated full understanding or basic understanding of the relevant requirements of standardized residency training, and another 25% only have a certain understanding; Contents: theme lectures, group lectures, teaching rounds and traditional Chinese medicine learning, TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical progress of Chinese medicine; 83% of the key teachers agree that the training is very helpful or helpful; 77% of the key teachers are in favor of participation in training, 22% think it depends on the situation.Conclusion At present, the composition of the traditional Chinese medicine faculty for standardized training for residents in Beijing is excellent, yet some teachers do not have a good knowledge of the regulation and training residency work. The emphasis is also not enough. The relevant management departments must take the quality and organization of the training into consideration. In the future, we should increase the training and assessment of the standardized training faculty, and improve the selection, training, and evaluation systems continuously. Different incentives will be adopted for different types of hospitals.
